Explore a darker, stranger side of Cape Girardeau during Boo’s on Broadway, a spirited evening walk through one of the city’s most historic streets.
Beginning near the river and continuing through the Broadway corridor, this experience blends local history with eerie stories, unusual characters, unsolved mysteries, murders, mayhem, haunted theaters, and businesses with stories you probably never knew.
This is not a traditional ghost tour. It is weird local history with a haunting problem — the kind of experience that makes familiar buildings feel completely different the next time you pass them.
Tours will be offered October 6 and 7 at 7:00 p.m.
Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a friend — preferably one you are willing to sacrifice if things get weird.
